Yoga helped Jennifer Aniston

Former Friends star, Jennifer Aniston says yoga helped get her mind and body back in shape after her divorce from Brad Pitt.The star develop a routine which help get her back in top form.

Aniston tells Self magazine she had "emotions she needed to move" before starting yoga, adding: "I was in need of being scooped up."

She adds: "I was crying through moves. It's good to get that stuff out. You feel like you're having a therapy session."
