yoga is a serene workout to improve the body and mind, but for some students, it's producing seropis problems. Some people developing rashes on their hands and feet.

Among those infections -- athlete's foot and planters warts -- and while there's no scientific proof, doctors think yoga mat may be the culprit.

So if you use a yoga studio's mats, you need to find out what's being done to keep them germ-free. Many students and doctors think that students need to have their own mats instead of renting and even if you have your own mat, it's important to keep it clean.

Doctors suggest you buy antibacterial wipes and make sure you clean your yoga mat down.
