Trish Murphy does Yoga to keep in shape

Trish Murphy is not always plugged in with a microphone and guitar. But three days a week she's squeezing in time on a yoga mat.

Murphy does yoga, she runs, sings, works on other music projects and now she's teaching cooking classes."All that while practicing yoga. I can talk and practice," Murphy said.

Murphy does yoga three days a week to stretch out her guitar arms and her lungs.

"I have found that my lung capacity and ability to sustain as a singer has exponentially increased," she said.
